What is the Central Committee?

The Baltimore County Democratic Central Committee is the official governing body of the Democratic Party in Baltimore County, Maryland. Members are elected by Democratic voters in each councilmanic district during the primary election. They help organize Democrats, recommend appointments when elected offices become vacant, and set the direction of the county party.

Elected for District 10

Yvonne Harper won the 2026 Democratic primary for the Baltimore County Democratic Central Committee in District 10. She will be sworn into office in December 2026 and will serve as the district's voice on the Central Committee.
